HOW TO ORDER

Simply make your selection and click on the "Add to cart" button or "Buy it now" button to make your purchase.

If you click on the "Add to cart" button, a pop up will appear on the top right hand corner of the page to confirm your selection. You may then continue your shopping. Once you have completed your selection, click on the  shopping bag icon on the top right hand corner of the page. You will be brought to your shopping cart. Click the "Check out" button and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. 

If you click on the "Buy it now" button, you will be prompted to create an account before you can complete your purchase. 

ORDERING

• Orders must be placed 3 working days in advance.
• There is a minimum order of 3 sets for Dulang Sets and a minimum order of 30 sets for Bentos of the same menu.

DELIVERY

• A customer representative will contact you to schedule for delivery upon the completion of your order. 
• Delivery is not available for Jurong Island, Sentosa and all offshore areas

SELF-COLLECTION

• Delivery fees are waived for self-collection for Bentos, Dulang Sets and Catering.
• Address for self-collection is 10 Neo Tiew Lane 2, Singapore 718813

PAYMENT

• Accepted modes of payment: COD | Cheque| Bank Transfer | PayNow.
• Full payment is to be made upon delivery for Cash or Cheque payment.
• Cheques must be made payable to 'Putra Delicacies'.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:

• 1 day before the function date - 50% of total order
• On the day of function date - 100% of the total order
