ORDERING
- Orders must be placed 1 working days in advance. Last minute order is on a case by case basis, please contact us regarding this.
- There is a minimum order of 30 sets of the same menu.
DELIVERY
- A customer representative will contact you to schedule for delivery upon the completion of your order.
- Delivery is not available for Jurong Island, Sentosa and all offshore areas
SELF-COLLECTION
- Delivery fees are waived for self-collection.
- Address for self-collection will be given upon confirmation.
PAYMENT
- Accepted modes of payment: Bank Transfer | PayNow.
- Cheques must be made payable to 'Putra Delicacies PTE LTD'.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:
- 1 day before the function date - 50% of total order
- On the day of function date - 100% of the total order
